Pre-Activity Preparation:
- Determine the order or sequence in which participants will share their unique and strange facts
- Set a time limit for each participant's sharing (e.g., 1 minute)
- Establish guidelines or ground rules for respectful listening and appropriate content
Activity Introduction:
- Explain the objectives and rules of the "Unique And Strange" activity
- Provide examples of what qualifies as a "unique" achievement or quality, and a "strange" quirk or habit
- Encourage participants to be creative, open, and respectful during the sharing process
Sharing Round:
- Follow the established order or sequence for participants to share
- Each participant has the designated time (e.g., 1 minute) to share one unique achievement or quality, and one strange quirk or habit about themselves
- Encourage participants to be descriptive and provide context or anecdotes to make their sharing more engaging
- Foster an environment of active listening, curiosity, and appreciation for each person's uniqueness
