• Set clear boundaries and guidelines for appropriate statements

Game Execution:

• Participants raise five fingers to start the game
• Teams take turns saying a statement beginning with "Never have I ever..."
• The statement should be a workplace-related experience or situation
• Participants who have done the stated action must lower one finger
• Players are eliminated when all five fingers are down
• Teams can choose to disclose or not disclose the actual story behind the incident
