Blueprint
Materials Required:
• Large activity arena or designated space
• Multiple pipes or poles of varying heights, erected at various spots within the arena
• Strings or ropes
• Rings (large enough to slide along the strings/ropes)
• Multiple balls or spherical objects (e.g., tennis balls, rubber balls)
Team Formation:
• Divide participants into teams of 6-10 members
• Encourage diversity in team composition for varied perspectives
Pre-Activity Briefing:
• Explain the rules and objectives of the activity clearly
• Demonstrate the setup and the use of strings, rings, and multiple balls
• Emphasize the importance of teamwork, communication, and coordination
Setup:
• Erect pipes or poles at various spots within the activity arena
• Distribute strings, rings, and multiple balls to each team
Activity Execution:
• Teams must work together to transport all the balls from one designated spot to another
• Teams can only use the strings and rings to move the balls
• Strings must be threaded through the pipes or poles, creating a path for the rings and balls
• Teams must coordinate their movements and adjust the strings to guide all the balls along the desired path simultaneously
• If any ball drops or falls off the string, the team must start over from the beginning
Scoring and Evaluation:
• Evaluate teams based on their ability to successfully transport all balls without dropping any
• Consider additional criteria such as teamwork, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Introduce a scoring system (e.g., points for successful ball transport, deductions for dropped balls)
