It is a creative challenge given to the team, but every team participant is encouraged to give his input for a desired result. Every team member has to draw something, and the following team members have to just follow the line of thought and complete the image such that it becomes a masterpiece. The team has no knowledge of final image but just take a cue from each other and come up with a proper image.
