Lego Prego is a communication challenge built around a hidden model. A completed Lego structure is placed out of sight, and teams have to recreate it exactly, but only one or two members may look at the original at a time, then relay what they saw to the builders.
The gap between looking, remembering and instructing is where it gets interesting. Runners have to observe carefully and describe precisely, builders have to interpret and question, and the whole team has to organise its process, all under a ticking clock and a limited number of viewings.
