Participants will be divided into teams and provided with materials such as paints, stencils, and other resources to design their t-shirts. Teams will have one hour to brainstorm ideas, create their designs, and apply them to their t-shirts. Optionally, the activity can be run as an appreciation exercise where participants design t-shirts for their colleagues. At the end of the activity, each member will submit their finished t-shirt to the colleague they designed it for and share a few words about the design.
